Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You can cancel any paid order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted, regardless of shipping status.

To cancel, visit Order Help, look up your order with your order ID and email or phone, and confirm the cancellation. The refund is initiated immediately.

2. Refund Timelines

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Size Exchanges, Returns and Defective Items

We do accept size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, and OYR covers the shipping both ways. If the size you need is out of stock, we refund you in full once the original item reaches us.

4. Pre-Orders and Pre-Booked Items

Pre-orders follow the same 24 hour cancellation window and the same post-delivery exchange and refund rules as regular orders. After the 24 hour window they cannot be cancelled, since they are produced to order.
